I sent in my stuff 2/1. But people who applied for the regular deadline got in. So, I really don't think that it even makes a difference. They probably do that just so they get applications submitted to them by a certain time earlier than later.

Guess there will be no news for today! I already heard back from my other school and got in. And this was April 2nd. NYU is slacking! But it's the school I want to go to. I have to submit the deposit for the other school by the end of the month and probably forfeit it if NYU accepts me. I feel like I'm just throwing money around now.

I didn't hear anything either.... This waiting game is tough!!! I wonder if they have been sending out rejections as they go as well. It would be nice to know either way.

I completely agree it would be nice to know instead of just waiting I'm guessing they will probably send acceptance and rejection at least once a week , until June .

I am STILL waiting too despite having my application in well before March 1st.

I know this is ahead of the game but I got into another school in NY and was curious if anyone else is looking for roommates?

I called again today because I was getting nervous and was told my application was under review and I told them that I applied and my app was completed by early Feb, and was told I should hear by mid May so by May 15.

They told me exact the same thing last time I called, but I still hope that we won't have to wait for ankther (almost) three weeks!!!

Well, I haven't gotten anything today. So, I guess another Tuesday and nothing has happened. It's quite obvious we are wait-listed. I feel like if they 110% wanted us, we would have gotten acceptance letters already.
