I am looking into applying for the NYU ABSN Fall 2016 program. I was wondering if anyone had any helpful tips and thoughts on what I should know when applying for the program.
Helloo nemo90,This is a random question, but I am curious if NYU nursing students have a white coat ceremony?
Hey EGGnurse2b,
I'm only finishing my first semester here, so I'm not 100% sure, but I don't believe you do. I believe we have a Pinning ceremony at the end of the program, where you get a pin or something like that.
@dutchie I do have a 3.5 G.P.A but the fact that I applied early and still haven't heard anything makes me think that I have been wait listed or that I will eventually get rejected because there are so many people that , have that sort of G.P.A or have extra credentials like volunteering experience , internship or years of working in a hospital and I'm starting to think my application just isn't going to cut it . That's why I'm no longer hoping and I legit think I'm not getting in and I feel like they wasted my time , what's the point of applying super early only to not here anything until maybe mid May or June .

For those of you still waiting do you guys have pretty solid GPAS or is yours just ok? Mine was a 3.4 but I have a lot of experience, I guess not good enough though haha
