I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.
Here is my case details

PEANUT
Thanks for the info. Just checked the website and found some downloads even useful. We plan to attend the seminar right after receiving our visas to get it over and done with.
God bless you too
Hi Leis23. Are you do one processing your papers? you don't have a lawyer or agency? usually the agency and the lawyer takes care of this because all the papers are sent to the lawyer. As for me, I paid for the visa bill of my husband since my agency will only pay for mine. But I sent my lawyer a check in his name and I guess he issued another check to the NVC.
hi! thanks! i already called my lawyer. he will pay for the visa fee. thanks again.
and i'd like to send my congratulations to my namesake, Hael!!!
Hey,
Just got my I485 approved yesterday and the green card has been mailed to me.
Timeline :
Application for I140, I131 and I485 application received on the 27th of April, 2006.
I140 approved - May 20th, 2006.
I131 approved - May31st, 2006.
I485 - mail sent to me for more documents - Nursing License and VSC - June
7th, 2006.
I485 - documents received June 24th, 2006
I485 approved - June 28th. Card sent same day.
Thank you allf or your prayers. The application was really fast ( 2 months). I think it makes a big difference if the lawyer you use knows what he/she is doing. Also, Texas S C is really fast.
Good luck to those waiting for theirs.
Hi vgsrn and kratos,Guys try to check the NVC, mine was already case completed
yesterday June 28
.So, most probaby your case was also completed since we're quite the same date the NVC receive our documents.
Goodluck and God bless to everyone...
Hello Crumvy!
Congratulations! you're a step closer to the finish line. I'am a bit disappointed 'cause up to now my forms are not yet recieved by NVC, really wondering what is taking them so long to recieved such. My agency told me that they have forwarded the forms to them. oh well, patience is a virtue and blessing comes for those who waits, but, I'am about to loose it! Just joking! I know, if it's my turn, it will be.
Congrats again!
Hi Kratos! I think we have the same problem, my documents were sent on the 2nd week of June with several communications I already sent to NVC through email but unfortunately there responses were negative meaning they have not received yet my papers. I don't know what is really there procedure in receiving docs under P3. I thought it was encoded right away in the computer through our individual assigned barcode sheets but it seems they have different ways to handle it. Anyway, our attitude now is just to wait & wait & wait until everything goes right in God's perfect timing. God bless!

kratos,Thanks a lot... Just pray for it, for sure it will be soon. Prayers is still the best option. So, I think your correct to what you've said about waiting. Remember His time is perfect...
Prayin' that yours will be soon.

the schedule in manila is: 8am-10am, 10am-12nn, 2pm-3pm except weekends ( as far as i can remember). but better check em on their website just to make sure. you dont need an appointment, you just go there right away, submit your documents, pay the registration fee (Php 250.00). yes, you can attend the seminar a day before , even hours before u leave!
for those who will be attending the PDOS in the extension office in cebu, it is only held once a day 10am to 12nn everyday except weekends. FYI: pdos is available only in Manila and Cebu!
