I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

hi dewko...I sent a letter to the CA BON last April regarding extension of NCLEX validity and just today I received a letter from them that they are extending validity for one year.Address the letter to Miss Liza Chan.

Hi Leis, we're on the same boat. My documents were also received by NVC May 8.

hi, agp_ph! try to call the NVC again because i just found out a few moments ago that my case was completed May 14. hope our papers will finally be forwarded to the US embassy here in Manila. so, we don't have to keep on repeating everything.
My PD is NOV 2005...and there are still missing documents that I need to submit. It's really frustrating...if only they (agency and lawyer) informed me accurately on what documents I should submit...my case should have been completed right now. They're wasting a lot of my time and MONEY. Other applicants with PDs later than I do...got their cases completed ahead of mine. Im not at all happy.

How long did your lawyer waited for the letter from the NVC to be received?
My lawyer have not yet submitted our updated docs because they are still waiting for the letter.

Hi Leis, I called NVC just a few minutes ago and my case was also completed May 14. Let's hope our papers will be forwarded to the embassy before the visa bulletin becomes unavailable again.

i'm sure when exactly did the lawyer received my docs. my employer sent it to my uncle and my uncle sent it to my via fedex. so, mine was little delayed.
i hope i can still renew it when i finally get there. any suggestions of what i can do?
