I am a nursing student looking for information online about diagnoses. Does anyone have any advice as to where I can get accurate & detailed information? I am currently looking for information on urosepsis.
Thanks for your help!

Down at the bottom of this screen is a search bar. Scroll down to Merck Manual and look up what you need to know.

There is a book called Current Medical Diagnosis and Treatment by Tierney,McPhee and Papadakis. I have the 2002 one, and the 1995 one was a god send for nursing school!!!! Worth investing in. Usually at Barnes and Nobles for about $60. Hope this helps also!
Thank you! The Merck Manual was helpful... and I will look into getting the 2003 or 2004 diagnoses & treatment book. I appreciate your help!

Sometimes when I was in nursing school I would use webmd.com and I really liked it.
Good Luck..
