White nursing shoe recommendation?

Nurses Uniform/Gear

Just wondering what comfortable white shoe you ladies would recommend? I don't want to spend a fortune, but want to be comfortable! Thanks!!

I have the Comfort by Landau Footwearx...I like them.

New balance walking shoes. My feet and back don't hurt AT ALL after clinical. Worth the money.

Kelsey clog by Dansko. It has a wider heel and better arch support. I can not walk in regular Dansko clogs but I love these. They come in black, white, and brown. I got them at the Walking Company for like 110. I love em!!!

I have a pair of these I bought for CNA clinicals last year. They are nice and comfy but I have to say, my feet were sopping wet at the end of the day and my feet usually do NOT sweat at all. I tried punching holes out in the area where the "pseudo" holes are but that didn't help at all. Another problem I had was that, for some reason, the tops of the shoes rubbed the tops of my toes.

Other than that, they ARE comfy!

yeah, i mean in any closed shoe your feet are going to sweat.. so might as well have a pair u can wipe the mystery fluids off eh? :)

I got a pair of $65 pure white KSwiss from Sports Authority. I like new balances too but the KSwiss were on sale for 30 bucks. I have tried Danskos and Nurse Mates and the KSwiss were a lot more comfortable. Plus they were easy to clean. If you have a Sports Authority near you I would check them out and just try on shoes after a day of walking the mall for an hour so your feet are a little swollen when you try them on.

This is the best prediction of if the shoe will work and then try them on in the store and walk around the store for about 10 minutes with whatever shoe you pick. Pick 3 shoes that will take you 30 minutes to test them out. Don't forget to buy some comfy insoles.

with all shoes, I have found that you get what you pay for.

Love my Nurse Mates slip ons. They're very soft and comfortable all day long, easy to clean, and no shoelaces! I got them on sale for less than $60.00.

I'm thinking of getting Nurse Mates slip ons for clinical, but I've heard from some people that they actually slip off your foot a bit while you're walking, like the heel of your foot can slip out quite easily. I'm guessing you don't have this problem, and that you recommend them? (Just want to make sure :) )
