Reviews of the new Littmann Classic III?

Has anyone tried out the newest Littmann Classic III? I am a nursing student and I am buying my first stethoscope. From what I have read, I should go with the Classic II S.E or the Cardiology III. The Cardiology III is a little expensive, so I was going to go with the Classic II S.E. However, I am interested in the newest Classic III. If anyone has bought it/tried it out, I am interested in your opinion! Thanks!

I have the II which we got free in nursing school. But I bought the master cardiology several months back and I love it. It was so worth the extra money.

I have the Classic III and I absolutely love it!

I have the Classic III but I haven't started classes yet. However, I have been practicing on different people all hours of the day (lol) and I love it. My only issue is the amplified sound of the tubing rubbing against clothing. Over time, I'm sure I'll either be use to it or hold the scope properly thus eliminating the drag altogether.

I have the Classic III and love it! It is very sturdy and the tubing seems to be way thicker and of a better material that doesn't stain. I can hear everything I need to hear loud and clear. I have zero complaints. A very well made stethoscope that you can find for a decent prices at allheart.com and amazon! I 100% recommend. The color selection is awesome as well and very vibrant. I have the breastcancer awareness pink one, but my friends have the turquoise blue and purple and they're beautiful shades
