Bump!

I have the Classic III and love it! It is very sturdy and the tubing seems to be way thicker and of a better material that doesn't stain. I can hear everything I need to hear loud and clear. I have zero complaints. A very well made stethoscope that you can find for a decent prices at allheart.com and amazon! I 100% recommend. The color selection is awesome as well and very vibrant. I have the breastcancer awareness pink one, but my friends have the turquoise blue and purple and they're beautiful shades

My school requires them to be slip resistant for safety yes! But all schools are different So check with yours [emoji4]

There was an awesome thread from a couple years ago about the things nursing students felt they needed the most during nursing school. From school supplies, to medical supplies, to study tips etc. I know there's a bunch of us starting school back up in January and I would love to hear any tips. It's nice as a new student nurse to get a guide of what you need (especially school supplies wise or uniforms) since it's all so new to us! Any suggestions/advice are welcome!

Luckily my school has us wear pewter colored scrubs (gray) but we do have to wear white shoes and a white lab coat so I feel your pain on some level.

I'm on the same exact boat! I have so many questions! I can wear white or black shoes but they can't be clogs

Hello everyone! I'm new to the site, I will be starting nursing school in January. I am in a 4 year BSN program and have been working my butt off for the past year and half to make it this far. I'm beyond excited! I have a couple questions, small questions but important to me, since I have never done anything in the medical field. does stethoscope color matter? I am going for the Litmann Classic III (our school makes it mandatory for it to be a littmann)I know they tend to get stolen so I really wanted to go with breast cancer pink but can't choose between that or the pearl pink. Should I get engraving? Is it worth it? What colors do you have? I get my scrubs through my school, should I get two pairs or should one be suffice? where can I get a good watch with a second hand that's cute but functional and CHEAP. and lastly, any tips for me and my first semester of nursing school and clinicals. Any uniform, accessories tips or things I should get such as school supplies? Thanks everyone! Any advice is welcome
