I can't read what the R side is supposed to say. Not something I would wear to work, but OK as casual wear.

I like the overall design and colors, but the lettering is difficult to read.

I'm not extremely PC, but definitely stereotyping nurse as a female in a white cap.

Lettering is kind of hard to read. And before I saw the nurse's face in the negative space, I thought the thing on the right was a stomach (with a nurse's cap on it).
