I am from Folsom Louisiana looking for any info on nursing programs? I am 40 and my youngest graduates this year. Mom is ready for a career. Yeah for all MOMS!!! any info is appreciated.

Where do you want to go to school? NO,Baton Rouge? Do you have a college degree? If so there are the accelerated programs. Do you want to go for a 4 yr degree? or 2 yr degree?

There's also Baton Rouge General Hospital's nursing school. If you go to Delgado Charity, you can get your prereqs in Covington and Slidell. That helped me, get through the 1st couple of years without the commute.
