Hello All- I wanted to start a thread for those of us that are waiting for nursing school acceptance letters (or rejections:madface:) for this fall. I know that at my school all the pre-nursing students are talking about it and asking each other if they have heard anything.
So when you get a letter (of if already have) let us know:yeah:
I hate waiting for the dreaded letter. I'm pretty much hiding in my room in fetal position and biting my nails. I know that I didn't have the best interview for my school so I just had to pray for a miracle.
Miracle worked though cause I just learned that I got accepted =) I'm going to be attending University of Texas BSN program starting this fall. The great thing is that they made it a 4 semester program, including the summer, which means I graduate in Fall 2009. I'm so excited!
I am waiting to find out about UTHSCSA sometime next week....all I have to say is..:banghead:
:bowingpur:banghead:
:sstrs::lghmky::dncgcpd::plsebeg::plsebeg::plsebeg::thnkg::tinkbll::wshgrt::smackingf:eek: I think that about covers the range of emotions I have had over the last 20 minutes or so.
The interview went well. Mainly why I wanted to be a nurse and what I thought a nurse's job entailed. The person who interviewed me was very nice. The test went well, I got an 84 but I wish I had done beter. I was in the group that was first to go and I didn't get a chance to get the study guide so I had to buy a NET study guide and only had 5 days to study. But I guess whats done is done and all I can do now is bite my nails.
Well you definitly did well on your test!!If I were you I would feel good about it! I did not do as well as I would have like, I had a "moment" during math and brought my whole score down below an 80,ugh..I don't know what happened. i am hoping my gpa 3.8 (4.0 for al science and math) and the interview will pull me through....sounds like you should be good to go though!!

I should be getting the first of mine in mid-May. The suspense is horrible!! Fortunately, I have 3.5 weeks of classes left to keep my mind occupied so the wait shouldn't seem quite as long.
