Hi there. I've been working as an RN in an 80-bed long term care facility NOC shift 1800-0600. Due to problems at home, I have to look into a day shift job but I do not want to work day shift at the nursing home I'm currently at. I'm looking to apply at a health clinic but do not have the experience. I'm asking about the objective section of the resume. How can I word that I have no experience but the nursing home but I am a very hard worker who has time management skills and is detail oriented with a friendly demeanor and good communication skills? Thanks!
