Nursing program

Hello I wanted to know if it is possible to work and attend nursing school.

Yes it is. It's hard, but it is possible.

My school doesn't recommend it, but a lot of people work part time. Its hard, but doable. Must manage your time.

Depends on the work. I worked two 12 hr night shifts/week (Fri/Sat) while going through an ABSN program. I had a lot of free time during work that allowed me to study and do homework.

Yes. Lots of my fellow classmates work part-time while studying in a 12 months ABSN program. I for one chose not to. "Saturdays are for the boys" :p

Only if you have to. This will mean some serious time management skills, and some amazing study habits. You also need to beware of burnout. Take adequate breaks.
