Does anyone know when acceptance/rejection letters go out for the fall 2009 nursing program? Are both accept/rejec/ letters in the form or a letter or if you're accepted you get lack an information package or something? I need to prepare myself for when I look in the mail!

It really just depends on your school. The school I'm at typically runs behind on everything but we found on mid April. And they did send an acceptance letter with forms for background checks, and drug tests..but again it depends on the school you've applied to.

My sister got her about a month ago. She starts this fall at the same school I attend.

When I was accepted for last fall '08, I received my acceptance letter in June. It depends on the school, so you'll probably just have to call and ask.

I got mine a week ago, and it was a thin envelope: the acceptance letter, and the slip that I needed to send in to accept my seat. The acceptance letter covered the immunizations and CPR certification that I needed. I'm not sure if I will be getting more information.
I didn't get accepted into my first choice of school but got accepted into a different nursing program yay!!!!!!!!!!!! I start in August!

My school doesn't notify applicants for Fall until July 1st....They accept spring courses and certain schools aren't done until end of May/early june....this allows for time to get transcripts and whatnot.....and I didn't get a letter, I got a phone call and an email....

I got my acceptance letter in Jan 09 and a packent in the mail in May 09 with everything that needed to be done before starting in Aug 09. The biggest advise I've been getting from friends already in the program is try to get your physical done right before school starts because you have to do one every yr. The later you do it, the more time you have before your next physical is due. Good luck. Who's program are you starting? I'm starting at VCC in Orlando, Fl.
