wanting to do CNA training online but apparntly having trouble?

did some searching online for CNA programs and I think the internet lied to me a few times about things sooo thought I would come in here and ask.

would love to start doing the training some time soon. I know my user name already says CNA in and i apologize for that I should have put it as CNA ST for student but I did not think to do so. lol hopefully soon the CNA and VT parts of the user name will actually be real certifications.

As far as I know, there are no CNA classes online. But maybe it depends on your state. You could always call the department of public health, or which ever department handles CNA certification, and ask them

I wan't sure either on that but the girl that is in my orientation for my new in home service job said she got her training done online..I am thinking of just asking her what site she went to get her training done and checking that out.

How will you practice clinical skills? How will you test on the mandated clinical skills? How will you complete hands on clinical experience?

You can't. It might be hybrid (theory online but clinical in person)

Yes I agree and I actually spoke to the girl that did it, she said it was through a school she was attending, and part of it was online but her clinicals were in person. Oddly I think that's how my Veterinary Technician program will work cause I think you have to do graded clinicals in that course as well. Yeah but I am actually planning on waiting a few months and doing a CNA course through my local career center here in town. I think it will be worth doing and waiting for.

I took mine online. It was a hybrid. All the lecture online and lab meeting once a week for 8 hours and then two weeks of clinical. It was much easier to find child care for me to do it this way.
