Here in the United States, you will have to undergo the process of applying to a specific State Board of Nursing. Each State has a different way of processing. Your 2 majors are okay, as long as when you apply for a nursing license here, your clinical and theoretical hours meet the equivalent standards for the specific State Board. Your clinical and theoretical hours should've been completed during your nursing degree completion (2nd degree) regardless of your first degree. So you're fine. For other countries, I don't know.

Hi ! Is it true that foreign employers of nurses(like us, uk, aus, nz) does not accept Registered Nurses who finished BS Nursing as a second course? Thanks!
How true is this? Omg I'm planning ** ****** to pursue nursing but it will be my second course. My first degree was BSBA Management.
