I could not have gotten through the second semester without Med/Surg Made Incredibly Easy!

I also have the Pharmacology and Pathophysiology MIE. The patho helped with some clinical paperwork, but the Pharmacology was no help (it did not contain patient education r/t the meds).

I looked at the charting book, and it did not seem useful to me. I am STILL looking for a charting book if anyone knows of a good one.

As far as care plans, I HIGHLY recommend Mosby's Nursing Diagnosis cards. They are customizable according to your patient's needs, and numbered to match attainable goals. They are also crossed referenced with medical diagnosis to make it easy. I just grab a card and copy the pertinent information. Best tool I have bought yet!

Does anyone know if the Mosby's Diagnosis Cards are still available? I saw it in a post, but haven't been able to find them.
