Me too! Here's a link you might like: the Center for Nursing Advocacy. Lots of good information, not only about media portrayals of nurses, but about the nursing shortage and the roles of nurses.

I always like http://www.mayoclinic.com to give to neighbors/friends who ask me for medical advice I don't want to give. (you all know the ones I'm talking about) It isn't so much for nurses but for lay persons and is a good public resource. I figure the mayo clinic is more reliable than a lot of stuff they're pulling off the internet.
