I have to do it right now at 11pm! Does it take long?

Hi Neonurse,

It took me about an hour, but I could see that it might take longer if you have to really think about what to write and then compose an articulate essay. The directions say they want us to be brief in the answers, though.

I was just thinking the same thing. Compared to research, this class really seems so easy and stress-free. I keep wondering if i'm missing something, but I guess this is just the way it is. The PP assignment might be a pain, but that's probably the only one. I'm meeting with my nurse manager tomorrow AM, so hopefully I can get that assignment out of the way this week.

Just finished meeting my nurse manager for the shadow assignment. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Of course, I haven't written it up yet, but that doesn't seem like it will be too difficult or complex.

I am having trouble answering the discussion 2 part 2 about examples of delegation! I havn't really encountered unnecessary duplication, underdelegation, reverse delegation, or overdelegation.

Hi Neonurse,

I'm doing #2 for the PP. With regard to the DB, you just have to think about a time when either you or someone else ran across examples of these kinds of delegation. Read the definitions from the book and maybe that will help.

OMG, I needed algebra and then capstone, but I just withdrew from algebra today! I couldn't do the crammed 6 week course, there are not enough hours in the day! So, I signed up for algebra in the fall. Do I have to be done with algebra to start capstone?

that's too bad. I think you can take classes along w/ capstone as long as they are not nursing classes. At least that's what I remember reading somewhere here.

Getting to the final stretch - week 4! Has not been bad at all, but assignments want depth and detail, so give yourself time. All in all stress free if you plan well!

That financial assignment took more time than I expected! My numbers were crazy there for a while! Hope the situational analysis is not that bad....
