Hi everyone! I am starting this thread for those who applied to Kaiser's Inexperienced RN New Grad program that closed on May 6th. I submitted my application and now waiting!

Has anyone heard back or have an idea of when we would be hearing back?

I haven't heard back as of yet. I'm not sure if they email us either way or if you just never hear from them.

Someone who works at Kaiser told me last Friday that they do not hire new grads anymore. Can you send me the link for this program please?

I applied for this position and a couple weeks later I got an email to fill out a candidate snapshot. Once I submitted that, I got an invitation to interview with them on June 12.

For those that didn't apply to this particular Kaiser opening, each Kaiser facility has its own timeline of when they open "Inexperienced RN" positions, which is sporadically throughout the year. You just have to call the recruiter/HR of the specific Kaiser you wanna work for and see what they say. Good luck to you all !

Hi @mtnguyen !! Congrats!!! Is your interview for this upcoming cohort? Do you work at kaiser? I am just trying to gauge how they choose their candidates :) but that is awesome to even receive the candidate snapshot!!

@newnurse2336 Thank you! Yes my interview is for the cohort beginning on July 23. I have never worked at Kaiser nor do I have any family who does. I wish I can give you more info but I feel like if I got it with no connections, they may have given it to any applicant that met the minimum requirements?
