North Shore University Interview

Hi everyone! I am just posting to see if anyone has had a similar experience as me and some advice as what to do next. A week ago ago I had an interview at North Shore Unversity hospital! I thought the interview went extremely well, I was recommended for the position by a floor manager. Anyways, I am still waiting to hear back if I got the job or not. I'm just wondering where to go at this point, I was contacted Monday following the interview. saying a decision should be made by Wednesday (following the interview). I was contacted Thursday to apply online formally but nothing about the position. It is now Monday and I'm worried they may have picked someone else. Has anyone experienced this? I didn't send a thank you email/letter and I really regret it, although i I felt the interview went well! Just wondering if there's still hope for me, I love this hospital and would be thrilled if I received this offer. Any advice would be appreciated!
