We are more than happy to help but need you to upload care plans you have already done - then we can help you - but we will not create your care plans for you. I have found the following book to be invaluable when I was in school.

What do you think needs to be done with this patient, what is your priority? The purpose of case studies is to get you to go through the data to retrieve relevant information and make a plan of care from there. What's does this physical assessment tell you? What's abnormal and why then find what lab's support your theory and then what can be done about it. What would you expect the doctor to be ordering, what do you need to be monitoring and what is going to kill the patient first.

We need to know where you are at in your thought process in order to offer any help, guidance or expansion on what you think. Some of us love helping students but you have to remember we have already went through our program. Show us some initiative on your part and we will provide guidance on ours.
