Nursing Intervention

Hello guys, I need to your help to complete my assignment. I have uploaded a case study of my chosen patient. In order of priority, develop a nursing care plan for patient who has just arrived on the ward from ED. Nursing care plan goals, interventions and rationales must relate to the first 8 hours post ward admission. (At least 6- 8 intervention ). Please help me

Yeah... No!

I am from the UK so am not going to help at all, but before my American colleagues tell you, I will say it... You joined Allnurses less than 30 minutes ago and expect someone here to do your work for you without even saying what YOU have done - not going to happen.

And as an addendum, why on earth would you expect people to click on random links on t'interwebs? That way lies viruses (virii?), malware and all sorts of nasties.

I know this sounds a bit harsh but please learn a bit of etiquette before asking for help.

Preach!! Also, the OP's following post has a like- can you like your own posts??

You'll find nurses on here are more than happy to help you with your assignment..as long as you show what you have done first.

We are not going to do your assignment for you.

Sorry, that was me. I thought someone was making a sarcastic comment and I was laughing at that. Will need to pay more attention.

My assignment due date is so near.

I guess you had better get working on it then.

We don't do your homework for you. We may help with your homework if you tell us what you've done and what exactly you're hung up on. But we don't just do your assignment for you.

Nice try, though.

We will help you if you show us your work. We will NOT do it for you. That is cheating and worse you won’t learn a thing.

Moved to nursing student assistance and off topic posts removed.

I’m sure there are several here willing to help you — just not DO it for you. Tell us what your thoughts are and we can maybe help tweak them. Looking at the case study, what data stands out as abnormal?

So....tell us what you think?

We are more than happy to help but need you to upload care plans you have already done - then we can help you - but we will not create your care plans for you. I have found the following book to be invaluable when I was in school.
