There are fifty countries in Europe, forty-four if you only count those wholly in Europe, twenty-seven if you're only interested in the EU. Every one of those countries have obstetric services, and undoubtedly many of them need experienced staff, but I suspect you won't get specific information without narrowing your search a little.
And by the way i'm form Serbia.
Being in Europe helps, but you'll still need to narrow it down. Also, as Serbia isn't part of the EU you may have trouble working in EU countries.
Ok, but have you know names of hospital who looks for obstetric nurses? Please if you know some hospitals send me PM.I'm searchig but i can't find anything..
No, I live in Australia, and have no contacts with European-based obstetric units, Sorry.

Vesna it would help if you could narrow down your requirements, where exactly in Europe do you want to work?
It's a big area and if you can specify a country it'll help members be able to guide and advise you
Just to say I need hospitals employing obstetric nurses in Europe is just too wide a scope for anyone to give you a meaningful answer

Germany, Italy, France, Austria .....
Okay, that's narrowed it down to four countries, which is a start. Do you know if you meet the work visa and registration requirements of any (or all) of them?? I would imagine fluency in the dominant language is an essential there, as it is here - you're clearly multilingual to be posting in English and living in Serbia, do you also speak German, Italian...?
There's no point applying for, or even tracking down, positions that you won't be suitable for.

There are a couple of threads discussing both France and Germany and many have problems finding jobs so finding a job willing to assist with work permit/immigration may be harder. Try doing a search of the forum on the countries you are interested in

I am German and live in Italy now. If you need further information please send me a private message.
It's true that the job situation in Germany is not easy but I think it is now easier than 1 year ago. Which other language do you speak? As Silverdragon said the knowledge of the language is essential.
