Will it look bad to quit my second per diem job so soon?

Hi there this is my first post so I hope I'm posting this correctly. I'm looking for some career advice. I started my first nursing job last year and accepted a full time position in a LTC facility. I continued to be full time for 9 months until I became so unhappy I needed a change. A few classmates of mine recommended their LTC facility so I applied and accepted a per diem position and chose to stay at my original job but go down to per diem. At first I was happier, my schedule was more flexible and being at two different places was giving me a chance to see more but after being at the new place for 2 months I'm finding myself dreading going into work. My patient load is 44 there whereas my first job I have max 32 and I just feel as if I cannot provide the care for my patients that I want. I've been looking up jobs recently and noticed a lot of the surrounding hospitals have openings. Im about to hit my 1 year mark as an RN and I'm considering applying so my main question is: will it look bad on my resume to have that I was full time at one place for 9 months, then went down to per diem and started a second job per diem which I then quit after 2 months? Also, I'm anxious about getting a hospital job and then being unhappy there too. There are moments when I'm at either job and I think "I absolutely love this profession" so I don't believe I'm in the wrong career that's why I think maybe LTC really isn't for me?

There is really no need to formerly quit a Per Diem job. Just sign up for fewer shifts, then none.
