A wonderful food, that only Aussies born and bred appreciate, pretend ones, just do not get it.
Bullying happens from management moreso these days, not being given rosters as required. Not given sick days, holidays when required, stat quotas etc etc.
Horizontally, not so much anymore. The difference would be mostly I would imagine, bullying is often done with Aussie humour, not meaning for someone to take offence but as '**** stiring' which Aussies are known for and is considered humour using a human target. Overseas nurses are often horrified and just do not get it, but it is always done in gest and no offence to be taken and now one would only try '**** stirring with another Aussie so that they are not considered bullying. Does any of this make sense?

Would anyone happen to know the differences between nursing bullying between USA and Australia. I am an RN in the USA and have a paper due on this topic and have not been successful with google. Thanks.
