I would leave that place and work elsewhere.

I am a cardiac nurse and could not live with myself if I assisted in the battery of sawing a sternum in half, bypassing healthy arteries, and so on.

Nice to see these "selfless" nurses staying in the battle to maintain Tenet's profits in the face of bare-faced fraud. No doubt their dedication will be suitably rewarded.
