everyone who cares for cooty-carrying-infected types are ideal vectors. In fact, it's been proven that something like 50-75% of nurses (i made this number up, but i'm sure someone else knows it) carry MRSA in our noses...yuck. So, one good sneeze and your patient gets sprayed by your resident MRSA.
and thats not to mention the gazillions of other things nurses carry in their noses...and under their finger nails...and on our shoes...and...
Moral of the story: a good thesis for you is the importance of hand washing, sneezing in your elbow, and the avoidance of nose-picking.
