Hello. I am 18 years old and I am a RN in my country (Uzbekistan). But now Im in New Jersey, I have a legal residentship and already passed TOEFL. and I was preparing for NCLEX when I found out about CGFNS. Do I need to take CGFNS test before taking NCLEX. My credits are being evaluated by WES, not by CES. Do I need to re-evaluate my credits? Thank you

You do not need the CGFNS exam. Only a handful of states require the exam. NJ only accepts full course by course CES report from CGFNS. NJ BoN will not accept evaluation from WES. NJ also requires proof of English proficiency.
Even If I have a course by course WES evaluation?
BoN is very specific. CGFNS evaluates in comparison to NJBoN requirements for professional nursing education. WES is usually only used for academia such as to apply to a US university. NJ BoN only accepts CGFNS plus English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS) results submitted to CGFNS. The only other agencies I've seen accepted by other (not NJBoN) were ERES and IERF and only a handful of states accept their evaluations. I believe 48 or 49 states accept CGFNS evaluations. CA BRN does their own evaluation of IEN credentials.
Thank you for all the information:)
