Out of State form Illinios (Finger printing)

I am Registered Nurse from India,   working in Saudi Arabia .  I am trying to take the RN NCLEX exam. I'm stuck  with the fingerprinting for Out of State (Illinios)  to be done in Saudi Arabia . Please let me know the procedure how I can take the fingerprinting in Saudi Arabia
