She got fired. Seems like she could just get a new job, though. She's over 10K, now. Kind of makes me want to get fired, too.

$10k is about what? Two to three months salary if that? No benefits? That's not going to last long.

I'm betting it'll be fairly difficult to find a new job after this kind of publicity. Even if a new job materializes, how long will it be before you're fired when they find out you said something like that? Especially in California. "The applicant does not meet our values."
