Hie everyone. After waiting for such a long time for NMC to upload my last document from the Namibian Nurses Council, I opened the portal with much anticipation only to see this message "document received resubmission"

What does this mean. I am worried sick. If they want me to resubmit, it will mean that I will have to travel to Namibia to get these papers which can be very costly for me.

Please help me. Anyone who has gone through this. I am supposed to submit 2 registration forms since I have worked in 2 different countries. How can this be a resubmission. How do I go about it. I have emailed nmc and I am waiting for their response. Their phone is not working, tried it several times today with failure!

"document received resubmission" just means that NMC has received your documents but they need to re-upload it in the right section of your portal. This happens usually for those with multiple registrations and for different employers. There is no need for you to submit any additional documents at this time. NMC will contact you through e-mail once your documents are already being assessed and they need more info/documents.

Hi. But what if after the resubmission, the section still looks like this?

Should I wait for the NMC, or should I resubmit my documents again? I hope you respond. Thanks.
