Hello everyone! I am looking to interview a nurse manager who recruits and evaluates five or more workers. The purpose of this assignment is to gain an understanding of the operational and ethical challenges faced by management and labor in maintaining an effective, efficient professional workforce and work environment. I was just wondering what is the most frequent or high risk challenges faced, what did you do about it and what lessons did you learn.I would really appreciate it if you could give a response. Thank you sooo much!!

If I answer your questions, how do you verify that I am a manager, have ever been a manager, and have not just yanked information from the internet to feed you?

If you want us to accommodate you, I would think the least you would do is actually write your request in your own words, rather than cut and paste it from your syllabus.
But, I agree with TooMuchBaloney - if we had a dime for every nursing student who came to our forums wanting to "interview" a nurse for a homework assignment....
This is NOT the spirit of your assignment. I imagine your instructor wants you to actually get up off your computer and TALK to real living breathing humans, for which you can actually VERIFY that they are nurse managers.
Think of it this way - making a connection with a nurse manager in your community can be a VERY GOOD THING once you're out there looking for your first job. Think of it as a networking opportunity.
