Nurse lecturers

Can anyone tell me the name of a lecturer, I think her first name is Vicki? and her last name starts with a G. She has a video series of lectures and is great at helping you retain what you are learning. Sorry, I can't remember anything else about her except that she had red hair in the video I saw.

Sure it wasn't Valerie Gasparalis(sp) who does a lot of critical care type lectures?
