I just submitted my application to the Nurse Corps Scholarship, I just found out about this a few months ago anyone have any advice or tips? I am most worried by my SAI number. It is within the range but its on the upper end more than lower.

You are eligible if you:
Are a U.S. citizen (born or naturalized), a national, or a lawful permanent resident
Are an accepted or enrolled student in a nursing degree program at a United States accredited school of nursing
Begin classes no later than September 30
Don't have any federal judgment liens
Don't have an existing service commitment
Aren't overdue on a federal debt
Note: Preference to those who need the most help financially.
Why should you apply?
If you receive an award, you'll get a monthly stipend—and they'll pay your
tuition;
eligible fees;
reasonable costs (includes books, clinical supplies/instruments, and uniforms).
For the COI, we only need to fill out the form that our program starts in correct? There's a Summer and a fall form but the Summer one is optional for those starting their program in the Summer right? I'm almost certain there's no need to but the COI mentions document(s) and it's making me nervous that they want more than 1 form.

I'm an ABSN and I received my COI last Wednesday
You only need the COI for both terms if you attended Summer and Fall. If just Fall, you'll only need that 1. Hope this answers your question.
Not a problem! I'm still waiting for my school to send mine back. They said I'll get it before the deadline (Monday night). Stressing me out LOL
That's what my school told me too! I got stressed and maybe went a little overboard on the emails to them 😅 Luckily they sent it this morning. I'm really sorry that they are pushing it up until the deadline. I know how stressful it was to wait around for them to finish!

Unfortunately at my school, the registrar's office works only during regular business hours, but the Dean did assure me I'll receive it early Monday morning. I really hope so LOL.

Yes, I received my credit check prior to the COI.
Congrats on the COI. I also got a credit check 8/19 but no COI yet and it's freaking me out

I seen someone in ABSN say they got the COI on Wednesday in the Facebook group.
