yellowsmb, Singapore Nursing board requires 3 years of hospital before they allow you to take their registration exam. They are very strict from 2 years of hospital experience rose up to 3 years due to increase influx of foreign educated nurses.
This goes also to other south east asian countries such as thailand, malaysia, Brunei, maldives etc.
To be an enrolled nurse , you need to finish 1 to 2 years of NITEC study.
