NSU Nursing Winter 2019

Published

Hi everyone! I'm a long time reader, and brand new member! I couldn't find a forum on here for the Nova Entry-Level Nursing Winter 2019 semester so I thought I would just create one.

I was actually planning to start in Fall 2018 but I saw on a recent post that both the Miami and main Davie campus programs are full for Fall 2018 which is a huge bummer.

Has anyone interviewed yet for 2019? How did it go? How did you dress? Any tips? Thanks! :)

Great question. I have a friend who would love to know also, LOL!

I'm so nervous for Tuesday ahahahaha!!!!!!

Same! Wish we had some idea of what the questions and exam were like.

Hi everyone!! I interviewed September 25th and called today October 1st and was told I was accepted for Winter 2019 Davie/Fort Lauderdale campus!!!! I can't wait for January!!

Congratulations, that is wonderful news! Do you mind sharing some insight on what we can expect on the interview and Kaplan? I am nervous for both. Do you mind sharing how you did on the Kaplan? Did you also have to write an essay?

Aha congratulations! I hope I do well on the exam, let's hope I don't blank out lol

That makes two of us, LOL!

Ok so Kaplan I got a 57 % not to good /:

Which campus did you take exam at?

Hi guys!!! Congrats to everyone who got accepted. I have my interview on Oct 23 I made sure to schedule it with time to get myself prepared for the Kaplan exam mostly just because I haven't taken A&P in a while so I wanted to refresh my memory. I'm planning on attending at the Miami campus. I would HIGHLY appreciate it if anyone can let me know what the math part of the kaplan was about like what did it focus on mainly and the science part too. I hear its mostly A&P but I want to know if they show you diagrams where you need to identify a part of the body or is it mostly physiology? I'm sorry for the detailed questions I just want to prepare myself as much as I can!! Thank you!! :)

Hi good luck on your interview

Math is basic math decimals and percentages and no pictures just questions about physiology! Good luck!
