Helloooo future Sharks! =)

I haven't found any threads on the upcoming NSU Winter 2015 entering class so here it is.. Does anyone know when they will start calling for interviews? I know the final day to send in apps is Oct 1st so I'm assuming they'll start doing interviews close to that time? Talk about a forever wait! Anyway, I'd love to talk to others in the same boat or anyone who's gone through this recently and can offer any advice.

I hope we hear something this week. I can't wait any longer!

Am so nervous ... I don't have plan b ... I got a 71 on Kaplan and a gpa of 3.4 .. So am just trying to stay positive !! But I keep checking my email every hour ????

Me too! What campus did you apply for? We'll get in you'll see.. Do you know by when they'll stop interviewing?

I BELIEVE the last day for the interview at MAIN campus was Nov 11.

@Yenice: could I have your e-mail? I have a few questions regarding the interview for the baptist's scholars. Mine is on thursday, so I have little time to prepare. One more thing I have to pass..!! Please help :)

I sent the application myself and had the paperwork ready. I knew that I was going to get accepted to Nova so once I received the acceptance letter I went to the scholars office and turned it in. Thank you so much for the information. Right now I am writing down a bunch of interview question that I have found online and answering them. I am so nervous, I don't want to get caught off guard.

The panel was composed of 4 interviewers( all ladies). They asked me a lot of questions such as what has been my biggest mistake, a situation when I had to take a quick action, the best attribute of a lider, what qualities a nurse should have, something that I have found difficult to accomplish, what do I want to be a nurse and some more that I do not remember now because I was really nervous. Those questions are similar to mine, so I guess they are asking everybody more or less the same.

Hey Mike!! I'm sorry I just reply.... Yesterday was just a crazy day for me since I had my interview with Baptist and then off to work bc I was already running super late. I hope you'll do good. Be prepared to answer questions regarding mistakes that you have made in the past (that question was a little tricky for me to answer) and also try to be very positive about everything and be genuine. Remember, this is more like a job interview. Good luck and keep us posted!! :) :up:
