U.S.A. Florida

Hello future nurses!

I'm very anxious about my admission decision. Does anyone else feel the same way? I applied to Nova at the beginning of this month, checking the VIP page 3-4 times daily.

What campuses is everyone applying too? How was the interview process like? Did anyone attend the information session or spoke to a counselor?

I look forward to meeting everyone!

Hi Stephy, I wish you good luck in the admission process. I believe there will be an interview process soon...Hopefully we get in! :D

When I last spoke with a representative, about a week ago, she told me that they will start interviews between Oct. 4 to Nov. 14 and once your interview is over you will be notified around that time.

Just wanted to clarify this is my first time applying to Nova. I applied to USF twice.

Thank you Drizzy13 for the update, Hopefully we get accepted! If it's like that I look forward to hearing or receiving notifications from Nova in the next two weeks.

I called to check my application status and I was told that they will be hosting interviews within the Oct 1-Thanksgiving time frame. They will be emailing out notifications to pick the date convenient for you to come in.

Hello, does anyone know what are the chances of getting picked if you are still finishing anatomy 2 and lab. My friend has that problem right now :(

I believe that once she submits her documents she won't be notified until she submits her final transcript with the anatomy grades on there. It's possible though, that she is selected for an interview based on her grades, essay, recc. letters, etc. :) Lots of luck for her!

She told me she won't be able to submit the Final one till jan 3 because the grades won't be up till dec 23. So if they pick her it would be based on how good everything is. It would suck to have to wait another 6 months to apply again. But I guess we all just got to sit now. Hopefully we can all find out soon about the interview, the waiting is kill me! Fingers crosses :)

We should be notified about interviews promptly, considering that interviews will be held the first week of October. I've read previous forums, and some students were accepted within a week of their interviews. So although it seems everlasting, I keep telling myself that I will receive an email by the end of this month to schedule my interview. Once the interview process is over, time will fly and your going to be submitting your $500 registration fee. As of right now, I'm worried about saving money to save my seat because I'm confident that the interview will be a piece of cake!

Yes 500 dollars is a lot. But it will all be worth it at the end. Yes I've read them too but others were accepeted a month later. Not sure if this true or not but they say it's less competive in spring. As long as I get an email during october I'll be happy.
