Nova Southeastern University Entry Level BSN Winter 2014

Hi future nurses! I've been searching for a recent forum of the BSN program for Winter 2014 but couldn't find any so I decided to make one myself. I applied to the Winter 2014 BSN program at NOVA. All my prereqs are done, my GPA is 3.7 and my science GPA is 3.5. I was hoping to receive feedback from anyone who has applied in the past or is currently applying like myself to the Winter 2014 program! Have any of you gotten an interview call yet?:nailbiting::nailbiting:

@kkong123, if you don't mind me asking, what was your gpa and score for your kaplan exam?

@kelcey My overall GPA is a 3.598 and my Kaplan exam score was in the 70s .

@kkong123, One more question, I promise! Is your 3.598 gpa your overall or science? If it's your overall, what was your science? Also, what was your critical thinking % on the Kaplan? If you don't mind sharing. Either way, thank you for answering all our questions thus far. Congrats again!

@jcpr1988 It's fine lol! I really forgot my critical thinking score. My science GPA is 3.4 something. Sorry, I forgot everything about the kaplan exam lol.

@hopeful_future_nurse Good luck on your interview! Don't stress it out too much! I totally did and I still got accepted. In the interview, like others have said, they ask you open ended questions but in my group it was weird, coz they just wanted us to state one word that would describe you best. However they didn't tell us to explain WHY. I forgot the 2nd question, and the other questions were group scenario questions that you work on together as a group. I thought they would tell us to explain in the individual questions but guess not! Again that was just for my group I don't know if it was the same for all.

@jedayenurse if you dont mind me asking what was your gpa and kaplan score? im still waiting to here if i got accepted. I believe we had out interviews on the same day, so its kind of making me nervous that you heard from them and i haven't :/

Congrats @sandyisntcool! I had my interview on October 9th. So, I'm waiting to hear back. Hopefully I'll get good news! Lol. When was your interview?
