Hello, I saw that there wasn't a thread created for the fall term 2018 in nova. I wanted to know if anybody is already studying for the test, and if so, what book are you using to study?
Ahern;
I called and I asked them if I was missing something else because I didn't receive any invitation. Plus I told her that my GPA is very competitive.
Then she told me " yes you are all set, I see you are taking Statistic in March" you should hear from us this week. And they emailed me next with the invitation for Feb-13.
My issue was the Statistic, they are making me to take statistic again, so I'll take it in March.
Hi everyone! I just got the call yesterday that I have an interview. I just had a question for those who have taken the Kaplan exam already. I am in anatomy and physiology now at Nova and we have not learned the physiology part yet. Can anyone give me any tips on what to look for when studying for the science part? I am going to have to teach myself physiology and I want to make sure I am looking at the correct stuff and not looking over things that I will not need.
Thanks so much!!
I'm very new to this site. But I wish I found this before my interview. It would've been nice to go through it with other people. The whole process took about 4 weeks for me. I did NursingCAS and Nova application same day (early Jan). The following week I sent in transcripts. They invited me to an interview a couple days after they received my documents. My interview was feb 6th. I finished my interview (Kaplan, Interview, Tour, Financial Aid) around 12:30 and got a call saying I'm accepted around 4:45. Just awaiting the official letter and acceptance packet.

Congrats!!! Wow!! That was so fast! My interview was February 6 as well and I'm dying to know already if I'm accepted.

Overall the test was not hard. I didn't study for it because I couldn't find a study guide, I just took the TEAS in Dec, I had a lot going on the last week, so I figure I would wing it. I got an 81. The science and writing were difficult I got a 63 and 60. But I got a 100 on the math and reading sections. That really balanced my score.

Hi Ahern;
I called them, and I received the invitation via email next day.
