Hi fellas, did you received you ATT? Because me I didn't get any. CA BRN said I'm not eligible due to my OR/DR cases. Do you have the same burden like me. when I read the letter I feel frustrated. I just apply for NCLEX RN this April 2012 and after I passed all the requirements they mail me this May 2012 that I'm not eligible.
Its so unfair because many of my classmate US immigrant/citizen like me they don't have any problems like this. I want to complain to CA BRN if why did they let my other classmates to take NCLEX RN, all of us have the same OR/DR cases and we didn't finish it in one semester (whole 3rd year) CA BRN said "we should finish our cases in one semester before going to 4th year"
So do you think I have the point to complain? I mean its really unfair. If they implemented that rules before HOW COME THEY DIDN'T ASK MY OTHER CLASSMATES TO SHOW THEIR CASES
Don't tell me because I just came here in US that's why they ask my cases?
Please leave some comments I want to give justice to my application
*presently I decided to pass application in LVN cause CA BRN asking me to enroll in RN program. But its unfair for me.
Hello, did you say that CA BRN denied your nclex application because you had some clinical cases done during your 4th year?THey want all of the cases done in third year only? PLs. verify. THanks.
The key question is were these taken or done concurrently in the same exact semester, not a year or two later? The clinical and theory must be done at the same time, it doesn't matter what year it was done, other than before one graduates.

hi,i'm presently waiting for the release of my school requirements which is needed for my cali application. i think i will be having them this coming june. but now that i have learned of your situation, i think i will be having a share of your stress because of the cases. i am a dual citizen and i have learned that some get lucky like some of your peers because it depends upon the program evaluator or so, (i don't want to but my high bets on them) if there is an instance that i would be denied, i am free of the option of working as an lpn, i would like to ask if how long would it take before you can take the nclex-lpn? (if you have a rough estimate) thanks!
