The fellowship is a 12-month program with one-to-one mentoring. The program is rotation-based. Each fellow will be assigned to work at multiple sites (tertiary, community hospital and corporate) throughout the system.
Congratulations on your acceptances. I'm hoping some of you guys come back and share what the first week of orientation was like (how the instructors are, things your learning in lecture and what the SIM lab is like). I'm a current nursing student in my final semester looking to apply to an upcoming cohort of the critical care fellowship program. I am also looking for a mentor if anyone is interested---or anyone that is open to the occasional question as I go along my way. Thank you and good luck.
