how's your application process going?

I haven't heard back yet. When I applied back in February my application status for the ED At Lenox hill changed to final candidate activity in progress but I haven't heard back. I've had several other offers from other ER residency programs so I think I am going to accept one of those. I can't keep waiting around for these other hospitals

oh true.. i hate the secrecy that comes with the application process. i think if you really want northwell tho, definitely send the hiring recruiter an email. that definitely helped me i think at least get my name in her face!

I also think it's important to note that they are hiring for one fellowship at a time. I know they are still weeding through applications and scheduling in person interviews for the PICU fellowship now.

Can someone please share what the starting salary is for a a nurse while on fellowship and what the salary is after you finish the fellowship? I received a job offer at another hospital and want to compare the salaries. Thank you :)

Has anyone gotten contacted to do the video interview twice? I did my video interview earlier this month but was emailed to do it again. From the people I know personally, none of them had this happen to them before scheduling an in-person interview.

FYI I had a video interview, followed by a phone interview after I reached out to someone in talent acquisition, and I have an in-person interview scheduled for next week!
