Northwell Health Fellowship October 2020

Hi everyone, 

I am starting a thread for the Northwell Health October 2020 Fellowship! I just wanted to know if anyone applied yet. Figured that we could keep each other updated here!

I applied to a few of the fellowships that opened this week and I received an email for an on-demand interview today.

Why are there 4 applications each for the different fellowships, like for the critical care there is 3 or 4 different applications and the same for the cohens preop fellowship as well.

No idea. Maybe they’re hiring several candidates. I know the periop at cohen’s is new so they might need more staff. I had a on demand and phone call, I’m just waiting for the recruiters assistant to reach out now.

I received an email to schedule the interview. It says I will be interviewing with the director and his team. If anyone has gone through this interview please let me know what it entails/expectations. Thanks!

Congratulations that’s amazing! Always ask them questions at the end, even if they covered a lot, you want to show interest. You’ll prob sit with about 3-4 people, and it’s usually the educator, ANM and an nurse, and the director. Sending you good vibes, you’ll do great! Btw- was the person who reached out to you for the on-demand Interview and to schedule with her assistant still EL?

Yes the email said to take 8 resumes! LOL, thank you so much! Yup, still her.

Congratulations and Good Luck! Fingers crossed you get it! Definitely keep us posted. 

I have been stalking these Fellowship threads since May to get an idea about the interview processes. LOL. Next month I'll be finished with my BSN and hoping to apply for the January Fellowships.
