Hi everyone! I thought I'd start this thread for anyone else who applied to the Northeastern Direct Entry Program for 2021!

Hi guys! 
I applied to the AGACNP concentration and got an email from the director to interview on this past Wednesday, still haven’t gotten a confirmation on date and time...

Do you guys have any tips to prepare for the interview?

I actually just put my deposit down for that program! The interview was very low stress and the person who interviewed me was very nice. It was mainly why northeastern, why nursing my background and what I like do to and what kind of nurse I want to be. I would say just really stick to your story and really look into the school. I also asked a lot of questions

Hi everyone!

I was accepted to Northeastern's FNP track back in early Feb but just finally came around to this forum again!

Has anyone else here gotten accepted to the FNP track as well or the program and will be attending? Just working out a few things between the schools I'm debating between but I think I'll be submitting a deposit for this program soon!

Congrats! I applied for FNP but haven't heard back yet. I'm likely going to put my deposit down at another school since it is due in less than 2 weeks.

Not the FNP track but I put my deposit down for the aGACNP track

Hi everyone! I just wanted to update that I have been put on the waitlist for the FNP program. Others should be hearing back soon.

I just got my PMHNP acceptance! A little conflicted because I have to respond by March 10 but I've been waitlisted everywhere else (except admitted to hopkins) and won't be hearing back until April/May ?. The deposit for northeastern is 1000 which is quite hefty LOL

Congratulations!! Wow, 1000 is so much! Are you considering Hopkins? I'm waiting to hear back but will most likely be committing to Penn!

Hahaha I feel like I see you on every thread since we both applied to northeastern, penn, hopkins, and columbia ?. But yes, I submitted my deposit to hopkins a while ago because I didn't want to lose my spot and at that time I hadn't heard from any other school yet. Now, I've been waitlisted by penn and columbia so I have to wait even longer. Penn is definitely my dream school, but it's so hard to turn down other schools without knowing penn's decision for me! Considering the two I've heard from so far, I am leaning towards hopkins, but it really all depends on penn and unfortunately I might be waiting until May to hear from them ?
