I was in my math class today, and some people were saying that in 2014 or 2015 all nurses will have to have a BSN. They said ADN programs aren't telling people this, even though they know about it. Is this true? What about people who won't even start their adn programs til 2013/2014? It just doesn't seem right to me,

No, it's not true.
This has been talked about for almost 50 years.

Yeah - I've been hearing it for 30+ years. Same as when I was an LPN (in 1977) the rumor was 'they are phasing out LPNs'. No worries.

I'm not sure they can phase out ADN's all together. BUT many hospitals are now requiring or "strongly preferring" BSN applicants so there is a push in many areas to go straight for the BSN
