Hi Guys,
I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?
Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!
From the Philippines haha. Don't mind what I said about IOM, it's for countries where tuberculosis still exists :)
Ohh haha no worries then.
And gah, I see. Alright, I'm going to have to speak to my agent about submitting my visa application asap then. I don't mind if it takes awhile but if they're saying they want me there on the 7th of September then I'm assuming they think it'll be processed by then.
Hi! I would like to ask if anyone here in this forum under asc?? Im just confused with their processing method for deployment. They just told me that im included for the next deployment and that`s it. I hope someone can enlighten me. I tried to ask them some questions regarding the process but they seems to answer in a limited way.

Hi, I'm not with asc but what stage of the application are you at? Maybe they just mean you'll be part of the group that will be accepted by the trust next?
Hi Fellow Nurses! I have been reading forums about NMC Decision Letters and thankfully was led to this thread. Seems like the NMC has hastened their assessment process as evidenced by some of your testimonials here. I am looking forward to my DL on the last week of August or first week of September, God willing! Your stories have encouraged me to stretch my patience and never give up. Thank you for those who have spent time answering queries and I hope you will still be around should some issues arise on my end (hopefully there'll be none!). I'm constantly praying for a positive result.
Here is my timeline so far:
APRIL 6 - PASSED IELTS
JUNE 6 - PASSED CBT
JULY 27 - PUT ON QUEUE
It is a matter of waiting, really. Please keep praying for us who are still waiting and aiming to become a UKRN someday!
Best Regards,
Klara
hi! anyone here emailed NMC just to ask for an update regarding DL? thanks in advance
I advise calling them instead. Because unless you have received any feedback, they will only say the generic 'keep waiting'. That way, you can also make sure you're in queue and they aren't waiting for anymore docs.
yeah,im also planning to call them. maybe,i'll wait for few more days. i was put on queue 5th of July. i'm just worried cause ive read few posts that they werent informed by NMC regarding docs that needs to be resubmitted unless the candidate emailed and asked them, which also delayed the assessment stage
