2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Published

Hi Guys,

I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?

Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!

Oh I see. Well, congratulations! The long wait is over!

I have a feeling so will yours. :)

Wow! Finally! Congratulations!

How long did it take you to get your DL after submitting your CV? My assessor asked me to upload also plus my work gap explanation but until now, I still haven't gotten mine. And who was your assessor? Mine is Renata.

I got a feedback for more docs today!!!

Here's to hoping we both get great news soon.

How long did it take you to finally have your DL after submitting the requested docs? I still haven't gotten mine after uploading my CV and work gap which my assessor asked for.

Hi. I took OET as well. You should take ukvi academic ielts for uk immigration. Minimum scores required: 4 in all areas.

Hi anyone here under Addenbrookes-CHESHAM?

Hi guys! I just called the NMC today and they told me my application has been approved. It's just that they can't send me my DL yet as they are having technical issues but they will as soon as they resolve the problem.

hello there! :) Im also for King's and we have the same situation... queue date April 25th... they asked for my exit visa from Saudi since my police clearance there is outdated.. Emailed NMC but got no feedback yet after i complied with the additional information they needed....

Update me pls if you already receive your DL. .. :)

I just called the NMC today and they said my application has already been approved. It's just that they have a technical problem so they can't send me my DL yet. I'm quite relieved but until then it's not yet official as long as i haven't gotten my DL.

How about you? Did you receive yours?
