I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?
Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!
Hi! Does the NBI clearance need to be not more than 3 months old? The one I currently have was issued Oct 2017, the same clearance I submitted to NMC last Dec. Can I still use it for my visa application or do I have to get a new one?
Yes. Validity is within 3months by the time of application. Are you done with your visa application?
I thought the agony of waiting only applies with the decision letter, but also goes with COS. I keep on calling the partner agency of Omanfil in the UK asking for the releasing of my COS. Until now, they're still waiting for the confirmation from the Home Office about it.
Yes. I've also waited for my COS for about 2months. It's applied every 5th of the month., So if the trust haven't applied for it they have to wait for the next month again.

They applied for it last Feb 5. Still waiting for confirmation from HO. They're positive they will get all the COS's. The trust is expecting us to be in the UK on March 21.

Maybe they are not yet releasing it now but they have it with them already.
Hi guys! Received my COS earlier today. To those who have already gone thru the visa processing, I would just like to ask if the NBI clearance should not be more than 3 months old just like with the NMC? TIA

My documents are shown already in my account last Feb 12. I emailed my officer but still there is no reply. I will wait until Monday. Did you got your DL already?
hi! still waiting for it. I'm wondering why others received their DLs immediately after they submit their additional documents.
Hi! is it okay to email my assessment officer asking why others who has the same case as mine were able to receive their DLs a few hours/days after they received the documents??? My documents were received last feb 2.
